Starting a new topic

To start a new topic within your organization:

1. Tap the + icon, located at the top of the left sidebar.
2. Type in a subject for your topic.
3. Decide whether the topic should be listed in your organization's topic directory. Choose public if it should be listed in the topics directory and private if you want it to be kept between the members of the topic. Otherwise keep the private selected.
   Important note: unlike other settings, this decision cannot be changed later
   
4. Add one or more participants to the topic. 
5. Click Create.
